Welcome to the Weekly Eater #6. Salads and salad-adjacent dishes have been popular recently at the homestead, as our garden is producing bounteous greens. The pictures shared are actually from a two-week period. Oh, and by the way, if you see little sprouty things, that is exactly what they are: micro greens.
Chef John is the genius behind the gyro and the egg roll in a bowl. The rest of the stuff is just me cooking.

P.S. In case you were wondering, I cannot wait for my own home-grown tomatoes. These store-bought ones from Canada are just not as good as in-season tomatoes. However, I appreciate my neighbors to the north for trying very hard to get me a tomato.
